If a signatory employer on a SAG-AFTRA production has violated the collective bargaining agreements, you have the right to submit a claim inquiry. This can include violations relating to your session, improper payment of re-use/residuals or violations pertaining to other provisions of the agreement. All submissions are reviewed by the SAG-AFTRA Contracts Department. If your specific case does not meet a violation of the contract, a business representative will contact you and explain the reasoning behind this determination. If, however, it is considered a relevant claim, an assigned business representative will file a formal claim with the signatory.
